Return & Exchange Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging included

  • Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted

Exchanges & Replacements

  • We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued instead

  • We will replace the item if there is something wrong with it

Time Frame

  • All exchange or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances

Custom Items

  • Custom items are non-replaceable and non-exchangeable

  • An exception applies only if the issue is caused by us, not by customer misuse or error
