Return & Exchange Rules
Please read the following rules carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Condition of Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Items must be returned with original packaging included

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted
Exchanges & Replacements

We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability

If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued instead

We will replace the item if there is something wrong with it
Time Frame

All exchange or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances
Custom Items

Custom items are non-replaceable and non-exchangeable

An exception applies only if the issue is caused by us, not by customer misuse or error
